At the end of 2026 Sailing Club Zvir marks 75 years since its founding — the most successful sports club on our island. For the anniversary we are preparing a monograph, an exhibition, several regattas and other events.
We would be very grateful for help in collecting material from the club's past, especially from 1951–1974: any documents, awards, stamps, letterheads, souvenirs, medals, flags, newspaper cuttings, pieces of old boat gear, a story or an anecdote. Photographs are especially welcome — club members of every generation, boats, the regattas they sailed, group photos and the like.
