What we collect

Information you submit via forms: sailing-school enrolment (child's name, year of birth, contact), regatta entry (boat and crew details, e-mail), the contact form (name, e-mail, message) and newsletter sign-up (e-mail).

Visit statistics are collected only through cookieless analytics (aggregated, no individual identification).

Member directory

The site publishes the club's member directory with each member's name, photo and club function. Contact details are visible only to signed-in members, and OIB and birth details only to the club board. Every member (for children, a parent or guardian) can turn off the directory listing on their profile — then only the name is shown.

Children's data

For sailing-school enrolment, a child's details (name and year of birth) may be submitted only by a parent or guardian. We use them solely to organize the school and contact parents, never publish them, and delete them once no longer needed. For any questions or requests concerning a child's data, contact jkzvir@gmail.com.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to answer your enquiries and provide club services (performance of a contract and legitimate interest), and for the newsletter on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients and processing

Data is processed by service providers on our behalf: Resend (e-mail delivery), MarkRoom (regattas and results), Sanity (content) and, if enabled, Plausible (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). We do not sell data to third parties.

Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, the right to object and to data portability. Requests: jkzvir@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Authority (AZOP).
