From what age can children join the sailing school?

From age 6. The summer sailing school is for children born 2016–2019.

When are the trainings?

Every day except Sunday at 14:00, at Križna luka. The schedule adapts to the weather.

Does my child need to know how to swim?

Yes, children should be able to swim. Everyone wears a life jacket on the water, and a coach in a safety RIB always accompanies the group.

Where the school leads

From the Zvir school to the national team

Nina Marušić took her first sailing steps at Zvir with coach Bepo — in 2024 she won bronze at the Optimist World Championship, and today she is Croatia's ILCA 4 champion. Marta Tudor, Croatian champion in the youngest category in 2018, also started sailing at Zvir.
