Numeral pennants for outer and inner loop will not be displayed.
4.1. is altered as follows:
Laser Standard and Laser radial fleet will always sail outer loop.
Laser 4.7 will always sail inner loop.
5. MARKS
Marks 1,2,3,5 will be red buoys.
Mark 1a will be orange buoy.
Marks 2S and 2P will be yellow buoys.
Finish mark will be orange buoy.
