1. RULES
1.1. The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
1.2. If there is a conflict between the notice of race and the sailing instructions, the sailing instructions take precedence.
1.3. The following prescriptions of the Croatian Sailing Federation will apply: the Regulations on registration and verification and the Advertising regulations.
2. CHANGES TO THE SAILING INSTRUCTIONS
Any change to the sailing instructions will be posted by 08:30 on the day it takes effect, and any change to the schedule of races will be posted by 18:00 on the day before it takes effect.
3. SCHEDULE OF RACES
3.1. The scheduled times of the warning signal are as follows:

4. CLASS FLAG
The class flag will be the SC Zvir flag.
5. RACING AREA
The racing area will be the Pakleni Islands.
6. THE COURSE
The course is in Appendix 1.
7. MARKS
The marks are defined in Appendix 1.
8. THE START
The starting line will be between the green light on the riva to port and the red buoy to starboard.
9. THE FINISH
The finishing line will be between the green light on the riva to starboard and the red buoy (an inflatable one, for a narrower finish) to port.
10. TIME LIMITS
The time limit for the first race is 16:40.
11. SCORING
The Low Point System of Appendix A will apply.
12. GROUPS
Boats will be divided into groups by length overall according to the table in Appendix 2.
13. SAFETY REGULATIONS
A boat that retires from a race shall notify the race committee as soon as possible.
14. RADIO COMMUNICATION
While racing, a boat may transmit only to communicate with the race committee or for reasons of safety. It shall not receive information that is not available to all boats. This also applies to mobile phones. Communication with the race committee will be on VHF channel 72.
15. PRIZES
As stated in the notice of race.
16. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
