The activity report was accepted, as was the financial report. The Statute was adopted with amendments per the decision of HJS, OO and NSS, to comply with the Associations Act.

Decision to declare Nikoletto Dujmović honorary President of the Club. Rationale: the only continuously active member of the club since 1951.
The membership was informed that in 2015 the club has not received a single kuna from the town of Hvar budget. We owe around 150.000,00 kn for the 38th International New Year's Regatta. We took out a loan of 40.000,00 kn from Privredna Banka Zagreb, and used over 45.000,00 kn from entry fees for the regatta costs (judges, boat operators...).
The children come to training regularly and travel to regattas, partly at their own expense, partly on loans from club members. Roko Vekić received a commendation as the fifth-ranked Optimist in Croatia.
