Invitation to the electoral session of the Assembly

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 3 of the Club Statute, the Executive Board of Sailing Club „Zvir“ convenes the electoral session of the Assembly, which will be held at the Club premises in Križna luka („Macel“) on 05 March 2015 (Thursday), starting at 18:00.

The following agenda is proposed for the Assembly session

1. Payment of the annual membership fee and verification of Assembly members
2. Election of the Working Presidency (chairman and 2 members), the minute-taker and 2 verifiers of the minutes
3. Report on the Club's activities in 2013 and 2014
4. Financial report for 2013 and 2014
5. Adoption of the new Statute to comply with the Associations Act
6. Election of the Association's bodies (President, Executive Board and Supervisory Board)
7. Imenovanje likvidatora
8. Decision on the new registered address in accordance with the register of spatial units of the Cadastre and Geodetic Affairs Office
